Boca Raton Museum of Art Initially, Avatar Company's market research
indicated the project's vision was relatively incompatible with the
needs and interests of the Museum's audiences. Subsequent to making
the recommended changes, the Museum engaged Avatar Company to conduct
a second study that established the project's readiness and funding
potential. After 24 months, the Museum exceeded its capital goal by
nearly 50%. This was used to form the basis for an endowment campaign
initiative. Avatar Company provided capital campaign services ranging
from donor identification and the production of a funded Kresge Foundation
Challenge Grant to the design of a cultivation and solicitation strategy. |
